Fried Noodle Seasoning Paste
Ingredients :
Garlic, Shallot, Light Soy Sauce (Soybean, Water, Salt), Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Vegetable Oil, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Potassium Sorbate (E202).
Cooking directions:
Boil 200 g of dried noodle/rice or glass vermicelli in a pot, drain well, set aside.
Heat up 4 tbsp cooking oil and crack in 2 eggs. Stir well.
Put in 2 tbsp (50 g) of this seasoning paste with 125 g ingredients of your choice (green vegetables, cabbage, meatball, meat, etc.).
Add a little bit of water (about 100 ml), then stir well until all vegetables are cooked.
Add in boiled noodle/rice or glass vermicelli & 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce.
Mix well at medium heat and serve while it’s hot.
Store in dry place with lid secured. Refrigerate after opening to extend shelf-life (recommended).
