Fried Chicken Seasoning Paste 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic, Turmeric, Coriander Seed, Candlenut, Ginger, Lemongrass, Salt, Flavor Enhancer (E621).

Cooking directions:

Mix 500 g chicken cutlets with 300 ml water and 50 g of this seasoning paste.
Cook using low heat until the chicken is tender and dry. Add water as needed.
Fry the chicken and serve.
Store in dry place with lid secured.
