Padang Chilli Relish 

Authentic Minang-style flavour, perfect for all balado-style dishes.

Ingredients :

Chilli, Tomato, Shallot, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).

Cooking Direction :

Heat up 4 tbsp of cooking oil, then turn down to low flame
Add in 2 tbsp (30 g) of this relish, add a little bit of water if needed
Add in Boiled Egg / Shrimp / Eggplant / Fish / Chicken, etc.
Cook until done.
Store in dry place with lid secured. Refrigerate after opening to extend shelf-life (recommended).
